Building immunity is CRITICAL but what happens when your immune system is weakened? In other words, when disease overtakes your immune system... what then? At that point, you must rely on the strength of your other body systems.
It is because of this immune weakness that it is CRITICAL to build your 12-Body Systems to work in conjunction with each other. By building ALL of your body systems, you are preventing the domino effect of ailments from one system to the next. This in turn will weaken your immune system even more making you more susceptible to illness.
Together with the immune system, your 12 body systems must maintain homeostasis. That is, they must keep your body in balance, necessary for everyday living.
